By downloading, installing, or using the Klocky application for iOS ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Klocky on iOS devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
3. Purpose and Disclaimer
Klocky is designed as a productivity and wake-up enhancement tool. While we make every effort to ensure reliable alarm triggers and accurate mission detection:
- We cannot guarantee that an alarm will sound if your device is turned off, runs out of battery, experiences unexpected hardware failures, or if critical notification permissions are revoked.
- Physical missions (e.g., squats, push-ups) are intended for healthy individuals. Please exercise good judgment and consult a healthcare professional before engaging in physical exertion if you have underlying medical conditions.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, visual interfaces, graphics, audio compositions, software code, and trademarks associated with Klocky are the proprietary intellectual property of the developer and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klocky and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from missed appointments, delayed awakenings, device malfunctions, or reliance on the application.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance.
